2012

- Creation of the company SOUSS BUILDING.
- Signing of the social housing agreement with the State.
- Delivery of the first project of 63 economic housing units in Deroua.

2013

Expansion into social housing with the delivery of a second project of 124 apartments in Settat.

2014

Launch of the third project, consisting of 112 economic apartments and 34 commercial spaces in Deroua, 100% commercialized.

2015

- Delivery of a new project of 119 social housing apartments and 19 commercial spaces in Deroua, with 100% commercial success.
- Acquisition of the company SAPECO.

2016

- Geographic expansion with a project in Azemmour of 115 economic apartments.
- Delivery of a project of 239 social housing apartments and 4 commercial spaces in Mediouna, Casablanca, by the subsidiary SAPECO.
- Creation of the sister company, SARA LILISKANE.

2017

- Delivery of a mid-range project in downtown Casablanca with 96 apartments and 24 commercial spaces.
- Delivery of a social housing project in Bouskoura by SAPECO with 93 apartments, 7 shops, and 1 daycare, 100% commercialized.
- Acquisition of the company SAKAN AL HADIT.

2018

Delivery of a social housing project in Deroua by SAPECO, comprising 184 apartments, 26 commercial spaces, 1 gym, 1 lab, and 1 daycare.

2019

- Record year with the delivery of more than 1,300 economic units across various projects.
- Delivery by SOUSS BUILDING of 319 apartments and 12 commercial spaces in Rahma.
- Delivery by SAKAN AL HADIT of 615 apartments and 34 commercial spaces in Challalate, Mohammedia.
- Delivery by SAPECO of 284 economic apartments and 68 commercial spaces in Mohammedia.
- Acquisition of the company MODERN SPACE.
- Creation of the companies EVERMORE PROPERTY HOLDINGS, QUICK PACE INCORPORATION LIMITED, BUCKINGHAM DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT.

2020

- Despite the global health crisis, delivery of 319 mid-range units and 73 commercial spaces in La Gironde, downtown Casablanca.
- Acquisition of the company WASLAM PROMO.
- Restructuring of all sister companies into Holding FONCIERE ET FINANCIERE DE PARTICIPATION (FFP).

2021

- Delivery by MODERN SPACE of 363 apartments and 71 commercial spaces in Challalate, Mohammedia.
- Delivery by WASLAM PROMO of 340 apartments and 27 commercial spaces in Benyekhlef, Mohammedia.
- Geographic expansion with the launch of social projects in Safi and El Jadida, as well as a luxury project in Riviera, Casablanca, by EVERMORE PROPERTY HOLDINGS LIMITED.
- Acquisition of the company FENDARI.

2022

Geographic expansion to the North of the Kingdom with the launch of a social project of 620 units in Tétouan.
Strategic horizontal diversification with the launch of a mid-range project in Roches Noires, comprising 184 studios, 12 commercial spaces, and 91 office spaces.
Delivery by EVERMORE PROPERTY HOLDINGS LIMITED of a luxury project in Riviera, Casablanca.
Forecasted delivery in December of projects in Nouaceur by MODERN SPACE (234 mid-range units) and in El Jadida by FENDARI (1,193 social apartments, 139 commercial spaces, and facilities).

2023

- Delivery of several real estate projects in Nouaceur and Safi (delivery of the first phase).
- Launch of the luxury project: "MONTE CRISTO" in Gauthier, Casablanca.
- Expansion into the liquid hydrocarbons sector with the acquisition of United Petroleum.
- Launch of private aviation activities with an initial fleet of 1 aircraft in 2023.

2024

- Delivery of the El Jadida Project comprising 1,193 units and the Roches Noires project with 184 apartments and 91 office spaces.
- Launch of the 2nd phase of the Safi Project.
- Development of United Petroleum and construction of 18 additional stations across the Kingdom.
